There are times when buses simply cannot complete their route. Weather and road conditions can be major factors in deciding if a bus completes an entire route. 

Mechanical problems with a bus may also cause major delays with a particular route or missed altogether. These problems cannot be predicted, however, our garage staff is prepared to respond to break downs immediately providing drivers with assistance in order for them to continue with their route. Response time does depend on the location of the bus.
